Acai Berry
The fruit is more often sold in the form of processed, for example in the form of powders, drinks, or a mixture of yogurt. Acai berry is healthy for high antioxidant content. But the acai berry is relatively expensive because it is not local products, such as blueberries and raspberries.

Quite many supplement products containing acai berry and claimed to have the effect of weight loss. Unfortunately, there is no scientific evidence showing the benefits of this berry fruit towards slimming.

Chia seed
